Frequently Asked Questions
Are your certifications verifiable? Can I get copies for customs or compliance purposes?
Yes. All our certifications are independently issued and fully verifiable. Our CE certificate (No. UTT202601703C) and RoHS certificate (No. UTT202601705C) cover EU compliance, while our UL certificate (No. UL-CA-2437968-0) meets North American safety standards. Our ISO 9001 quality management certificate number is 29325Q1213414R0S. We can provide official PDF copies of all certificates and test reports upon request — simply contact us and we’ll send them directly to your procurement or compliance team.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ), and do you offer lower MOQs for trial orders?
Our standard MOQ varies by product model, but we understand that new distributors and importers need to assess quality before committing to large volumes. We support trial orders and can discuss flexible MOQ arrangements for first-time buyers. Please contact our sales team with your target product and quantity, and we’ll provide a customized quote.
Can your fryers be configured for different markets — voltage, plug type, gas type?
Absolutely. Our commercial fryers support 110V, 120V, 220V, 240V, and 380V at both 50Hz and 60Hz. We accommodate US, EU, UK, and AU plug standards, and electric heating systems from 3KW up to 9KW. For gas models, both LPG/propane and natural gas configurations are available. All electrical and gas specifications can be customized to your local market requirements at the factory level — no third-party modification needed.
What is your lead time for OEM/private label orders, and how do you handle quality control before shipment?
Lead time for standard OEM orders is typically 15–30 days depending on order volume and customization scope. Every batch goes through multiple in-factory QC stages: raw material inspection, CNC fabrication checks, heating performance testing, electrical leakage and safety testing, long-term stability testing, and a final packaging inspection before shipment. We can share QC reports and pre-shipment photos/videos for each order. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.) is also supported if required by your company policy.
What after-sales support do you provide for distributors selling in overseas markets?
We provide dedicated after-sales support for all our distribution partners. This includes technical documentation and user manuals (available in multiple languages upon request), spare parts supply, troubleshooting guidance via WhatsApp/WeChat/email, and video-based technical support for on-site maintenance teams. For OEM partners, we can also develop branded support materials. Our goal is to ensure your end customers have a smooth experience that reflects well on your brand.
